on a seven-day rafting on Kantegir
for 1 person.

Personal equipment:

1.	Sleeping bag
2.	Clothing basic (such as camouflage)
3.	Clothing replacement (sports suit + shirt + sweater + 6 pairs of socks)
4.	Trainers (2 pairs) + slates, or shoes (which you will be wet)
5.	Swimsuit
6.	Cellophane raincoat or cape, or a waterproof suit
7.	Sports cap, baseball cap, bandana
8.	Cup, mug, spoon
9.	Toiletries
10.	Fishing rod with reel fishing line 0.4; You can also buy mormyshkas with hook number 4, floats (large) and fishing sinkers (the so-called Alpine sticks) for fishing on the "noodle"
11.	Thread, needle, matches, mosquito cream
12.	Rope type reepschnur ~10 meters (for linking personal belongings)
13.	Karemat (if available)
14.	Knife (preferably folding)
In total:   5 (five) kg

You can take, if any, their good modern tents.

11.	Tea, coffee	1 small pack or 1 bank
12.	Pasta	1 pack
13.	Potatoes, vegetables	5 pieces
14.	Candy	0.5 kg
15.	Something else (no more than 1 kg) can take on your own taste
In total:   6 - 7 (six - seven) kg

Total: 11-12 kg !!!!

Bulk products (sugar, salt, cereals, tea) gain in plastic bottles.

Do not take on rafting potentially dangerous allergenic foods. In particular - almond - a couple of not weak allergy attack us after of almonds were!

Backpacks taking is not necessary. I give all the special bags, and in order to deliver better pack everything into the lungs Chinese bags, which use market traders. You can buy new in the sale of brand waterproof containers-bananas.
