"Kantegirsky Serpentine"
Kantegir River - a wild
mountain taiga left bank tributary of the Yenisei River. He goes back to Republic
of Tyva. The length of the route - 130 kilometers,
40 of them - in the national park.
Everyone going to the route must visualize, it is a possible
route of adventure travel. The river flows through uninhabited expanses Sayan.
Around - wild wilderness where found only hunting base.
My clients, most of them are ordinary people with requests romantic at heart
who wants to be present travelers to live in the style of "Siberian country".
The main psychological feature of my route as a means of rest - its
isolation from the modern life. On the second day the way you forget that exist
in the world of money, commodity-money relations, phone numbers, relatives,
bosses, urban problems.. Many new, partially primitive, occupations engross you.

Kantegir rafting as an object belongs to
4 complexity (six-point scale).
130 km of its floatable part can be represented as:
40% of the way - simple plots,
50% - plots of average complexity,
10% - not weak and complex plots.
Kantegir - river "golden mean". Uninteresting raft across the
plain and calm rivers; at too steep - it is dangerous, more a matter of chance,
rather than the skill. Here are all the obstacles, thresholds and clamps and
cause adrenaline and real patency with a reasonable approach and experience.
We start with a mark of 1260 meters,
finishiruem at around 530 - 535 meters;
so - descend vertically for 700 meters.
Rowed down the river here is not necessary - the river anywhere fast.
The water temperature in Kantegir 16-18 degrees.
For comparison - the temperature of the Yenisei River near Sayanogorsk -
7-10 degrees.
Most of the time we spend in the upper Kantegir where the present
Taiga midlands, where the best fishing, where distinctly aesthetic
part of our route.
My big with experience shows that the route is available for groups with
average physical training. Especially because in the last years as part of
rafting teams from about a third of the crews - my regular customers have
become real rafters and which create a reliable safety margin on rafts
and catamarans.
The number of women in the groups - from
30 to 50%, with most of them I give to work a paddle. By the way, more
than three hundred girls and women of all ages visited my clients,
many - many times.
Of course, I know every stone on the river and use equipment with
high stability and buoyancy. Main equipment, including life jackets, given me;
the client is obliged have only personal belongings, telescopic fishing rod

The program route:
1st day:
moving from the Cheryomushki in the city of Sayanogorsk before the
start of the rafting (210 km, 7-8 hours).
2 - 7 day: rafting. The group runs a day
from 10 to 55 km. Fishing.

For corporate and exclusive groups there are various shortened
rafting for any areas Kantegir with the early drop Aero boat from the
middle or lower sections of the river. There are a lot of different options.
